Conflicts Attorney (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a California-licensed Conflicts Attorney to support firmwide ethics, conflicts, and risk management. In this fully remote role, you'll handle complex conflicts issues, advise attorneys and leadership, and help ensure compliance with firm policies and professional responsibility rules. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-risk and complex conflicts matters, including lateral hires and major client engagements
• Draft and review conflicts waivers, engagement letters, and outside counsel guideline responses
• Advise attorneys and staff on ethics, conflicts, and governance issues

Top 3 Requirements

1. Active California bar admission
2. Strong experience with legal ethics, conflicts analysis, and professional responsibility rules
3. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with sound judgment and clear communication
